He then moved to a small and quiet village called Minnertsga in the north of the Netherlands. Here, she started to introduce Turkish cuisine to her neighbors. Melek’s cooking, friendliness and flavor soon became very popular with the people of the village. That’s how the Anatolia brand was born – to serve home-cooked food with a real story.
